Ahead of Saturday’s game against Leyton Orient, we have put together all the details you need to make the most of your visit to the Crown Oil Arena.
ADMISSION DETAILS
The Crown Oil Arena no longer operates cash turnstiles and is barcoded entry only. We urge supporters to use our online ticketing site to purchase their tickets before coming to the ground. Tickets will remain online until kick-off.
Buying online is the quickest and easiest way purchase your match tickets and you can do so HERE.
You can save your e-ticket directly to your phone to scan upon entry to the turnstiles.
In circumstances where you can only purchase from the Ticket Office, please do not leave this until the last minute. Our new ticketing system requires the details of all purchasers to be stored on our system, so it will take time to process your details and issue your match ticket. Therefore, to avoid delaying your entry to the ground further, please allow plenty of time to visit the Ticket Office.
REMEMBRANCE FIXTURE
Saturday’s match against Leyton Orient at the Crown Oil Arena is our official game of Remembrance.

TICKET COLLECTIONS
Our Ticket Collection Cabin, located opposite the five-a-side pitch at the Smith Metals Family Stand end of the ground, will be open from 12.30pm for collections.
Collections before this time must be made from the Ticket Office at the Main Reception.
AWAY FAN GUIDE
For any Orient fans making the journey to the Crown Oil Arena, we have a handy away fan guide HERE.
JUNIOR EVENT / PRE-MATCH / BARS
The Ratcliffe Bars at the club will open at midday on Saturday. Both home and away fans are welcome.
There is a junior event taking place in Desmond's Den before the game, where youngsters can design and make their own poppy wreaths to display at home. Click HERE for full details.
Please note, the Carlsberg Lounge can only be accessed once through the turnstiles of the Smith Metals Family Stand. We are unable to offer access to supporters in the Main Stand and Sandy Lane at this moment in time due to Covid restrictions.
The Carlsberg Lounge will remain open for an hour after the game. The Ratcliffe Bars will be closed.

The Voice Of Spotland returns for Saturday’s game, with Jeriel Dorsett as our cover star.

CATERING KIOSKS
Our brand-new catering partner have been earning some rave reviews so far this season!

CLUB SHOP
The Club Shop is open from 9am on Saturday, right through until kick-off.

HALF-TIME DRAW
Tickets for Saturday's half-time draw are on sale now. Get yours online HERE.
Buying online is the perfect way for exiled fans to support the club, or for those who prefer not to use cash. Please note, online sales will end at 1.30pm on Saturday.
With Covid restrictions having eased, we are pleased to say that we have re-introduced half-time draw sellers around the ground, in addition to having online sales. Look out for our sellers around the Crown Oil Arena in the run up to kick-off.
Tickets are priced at £1. First prize is 50% of the takings, whilst second prize is a Dale shirt signed by the first team squad!
