Rochdale AFC are looking to recruit a Scoreboard Operator to work match days at the Crown Oil Arena.

Thanks to the David Clough Legacy Funding, the Crown Oil Arena will be having a state-of-the-art scoreboard installed during the summer and we require a Scoreboard Operator to upload and manage all the content on match days.

This is a unique opportunity working within our Match Day Media Team which could open other doors within our Media Department and the football industry.

We require somebody with a confident personality who can think independently, work under pressure and has a passion for football. You must be reliable and willing to work match days.

You must be IT literate in general file transfers, imagery, desktop publishing / graphics and have a good knowledge of OBS software.

You will be required to produce match day play lists and upload all relevant content to display throughout the game such as sponsor messages, adverts, player profiles, substitutes, goals, cards, injury time, man of the match, attendance, aswell as managing the clock and score at all times.

You must have a calm, confident and assured personality as you will independently be publishing live audience content, and a strong understanding of football.

Full training will be provided and you will be supported by the RAFC Match Day Media Team.

Hours of Work: The post holder will be required to work all home matches at the Crown Oil Arena and ideally be available for a one-week training / induction programme.
