We can confirm that our 2021/22 Season Cards will go on sale on Thursday 1st July.

As we edge nearer to welcoming fans back to the Crown Oil Arena, hopefully from the start of the new season, we are pleased to announce our Season Card prices for the upcoming campaign.

Season Card prices have been reduced by £25 in our Adult category from last season’s prices. Not only have prices been reduced, we have also introduced two new categories - Senior (65 & over) and Young Person (21 & under).


In addition, Country Season Cards have also been reintroduced, giving exiled supporters the chance to purchase tickets for ten matches at a reduced price.


Having listened to feedback from fans on our Supporters’ Panel, The Dale Family Rewards Card will continue as a fantastic alternative to a Season Card. However, they will be rebranded as The Dale Rewards Card for the 2021/22 campaign.

Meanwhile, as a gesture of goodwill and by way of saying thank you, if you did not claim a refund on your 2020/21 Season Card and are left with a deficit in terms of how much your Season Card cost in comparison to the value of iFollow passes received, we’re pleased to announce that you will receive a credit towards the cost of your Season Card over the next three years. SEASON CARD PRICES

JUNIOR SEASON CARDS

*Junior Season Cards (11 and under) are only available when purchasing an Adult Season Card. There is no limit on the number of Junior Season Cards that can be purchased with an Adult Season Card. Sales in the Main Stand will be restricted to 100 Junior Season Cards only.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS

Disabled supporters pay the relevant price (as above) with carer free of charge.

Disabled pricing applies to supporters who are in the receipt of the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance or registered helpers. Documented evidence will be required at the time of purchase.

MAIN STAND EXECUTIVE SEASON CARDS

Details regarding Main Stand Executive Season Cards will be announced once we have received further Government guidance. 

COUNTRY SEASON CARDS

Following feedback from fans on the Supporters’ Panel, Country Season Cards have been reintroduced for the 2021/22 season. 

Available from just £100, a Country Season Card will entitle holders to attend ten home league matches at a heavily discounted rate compared to matchday prices.

These are only available to supporters living outside of a 50-mile radius from the Crown Oil Arena. Supporters will be asked to provide proof of address when buying a Country Season Card.

Please note that in order to help the Club avoid locking in a seat for all 23 games that will only be used on ten occasions during the season, Country Season Card holders will not be allocated a specific seat when making their purchase. You will be asked to notify the Ticket Office prior to attending each fixture to pre-book your ticket for each selected match.  

DALE REWARDS CARD

The Dale Rewards Card (branded as Dale Family Rewards Card last season) will continue to offer a perfect alternative to a Season Card.

At just £25, the Rewards Card entitles holders to a £5 discount on all home league match tickets, as well as a monthly reward. Season Card holders will also receive the same monthly reward.

REFUNDS FROM 2020/21

Supporters will be aware that last year, the Club announced the opportunity for all fans to claim a refund on their Season Card purchase, or to continue receiving iFollow passes for home league games played behind-closed-doors.

We would once again like to thank all supporters who declined the opportunity of a refund and who opted to receive iFollow passes instead. We are aware that, in doing so, some supporters who did not claim a refund were left with an excess, in terms of how much they paid for their Season Card compared with the value of the iFollow passes.

For example, any Main Stand Adult who did not receive a refund would have received £230 worth of iFollow vouchers, but paid £335 for their Season Card, leaving a deficit of £105.

We are pleased to announce that as a gesture of goodwill and by way of saying thank you, you will receive a credit towards the cost of your Season Card over the next three years. For example, if you are due £105, you will receive £35 credit towards the cost of your Season Card over the next three years.

We have also reserved your existing seat and you will be able to renew during an exclusive season ticket holder purchase window.

Should you wish to claim your credit, please email tickets@rochdaleafc.co.uk by 5pm on Friday 18^th June to make us aware that you would like to do so. This will allow the Club to provide you with further details on how to claim your credit. If you do not email the Club by this deadline, it will be assumed that you do not wish to take up opportunity of using the credit.

HOW TO BUY

Season Cards will go on sale at 9am on Thursday 1^st July.

Full details on how to you can purchase a Season Card will be announced next month.

FINANCE

Season Card Finance will be available with V12, payable over 9 months. Applications are only available to persons aged 18 and over and subject to a credit check. Further details on how to apply for your Season Card via V12 finance will be announced in due course.

MATCHDAY PRICES

We are pleased to announce that matchday ticket prices for the 2021/22 season have also been reduced.

Dale Rewards Card holders will be entitled to £5 off admission prices, whilst the Family Ticket will be available once again, which includes admission for two adults and up to four juniors at a reduced rate (Smith Metals Family Stand only).

Infants aged 2 and under are free of charge.

We understand that there are still questions surrounding potential Covid restrictions on attending football matches and we thank you for your understanding and patience.

We hope to be able to provide information regarding the return of supporters to the Crown Oil Arena once the Government provides a further update ahead of implementing the next stage of its Covid roadmap on June 21^st.

What we can say at this moment in time is that we plan on selling Season Cards and Dale Rewards Cards based on a 100% capacity at the Crown Oil Arena. However, a Covid-safe seating plan has also been designed and may need to be implemented, depending on Government restrictions/guidance.
