Monday evening (March 22nd) saw the launch of our new Supporters’ Panel, in conjunction with the Dale Supporters Trust.
Over 20 supporters participated in the panel, which included fans who live locally and a number of exiled Dale supporters.
They were joined by Club Directors and staff, to discuss ideas for 2021/22 Season Cards.
The meeting began with introductions from everybody on the call, before Commercial Director Frances Fielding presented to the panel.
The presentation covered past Season Ticket initiatives, with a focus on last season’s Season Cards, Dale Family Rewards Cards, and the club’s new ticketing system.
The floor was then opened to the supporters to put forward their ideas and thoughts on upcoming Season Cards.
A number of subjects were discussed, including:
- Pricing of Season Cards, Rewards Cards and matchday tickets;
- Marketing of the Dale Family Rewards Card;
- Attracting new supporters from the Rochdale Borough, including minority groups;
- Communications around any price changes;
- Country Season Cards;
- Advertising of Season Card benefits.
A follow up meeting is to be arranged in the forthcoming weeks, where the club will present further ideas for 2021/22 Season Cards and ask the panel for their opinions.
