Jack Vale has been called up to the latest Wales Under-21 squad for their upcoming friendly.
Paul Bodin's side take on Republic of Ireland Under-21s on Friday 26th March, 1pm kick-off, at Colliers Park, Wrexham.
On-loan from Blackburn Rovers, Vale has featured twice for Dale since joining at the end of the January transfer window, but has been sidelined through injury in recent weeks.
At last week's Fans Forum, Brian Barry-Murphy confirmed the forward was close to a return to action from that injury.
The 19-year-old has featured for the Under-21 side previously, picking up his first cap in October 2019. He has also featured at Under-17 and Under-19 levels for his country.
Good luck, Jack!
