Please check your junk/ spam folder if you can’t find the email in your inbox. If someone else bought your Season Card on your behalf, then the code will be sent to that person's email address, so please contact them directly and ask them to pass the code onto you.
If you didn’t receive one, email media@rochdaleafc.co.uk before midday on Friday and we will resend your code(s).
We are aware that some Season Card holders have been charged for iFollow despite having a free code. Fans should check their bank statements and if you have been charged, you should email iFollow@efl.com with the subject line ‘Rochdale Refund’. Please, if possible, supply the free code you were sent.
