We're continuing our look at Rochdale AFC Community Trust's 'Communities United' programme by introducing the Olowe family!
Tawakalt Olowe and her three children Mariam, Abdulsamad and Muslimot, have been taking part in the sessions from the beginning.
The project aims to break down stereotypes, find common values and work together to boost civic pride and show people what can be achieved when working together.
Tawakalt said: "Joining the programme every Sunday has made me realise that living in Rochdale has given me lots of confidence to associate with other people's beliefs and their culture.
"My children have also learned that respect and beliving in other people's cultures is their first priority. And that you should never judge someone by their looks."
