Rochdale Football Club is teaming up with Rochdale AFC Community Trust to reach out to disabled supporters to get feedback on a range of topics, including the matchday experience at the Crown Oil Arena and sporting provision for disabled young people and adults in Rochdale.
The club is asking supporters to take part in the annual Level Playing Field (LPF) survey, which will help football clubs across the country to better support disabled fans.
The results of the survey will give LPF a clearer understanding of disabled fans' experiences, and they will then pass on the results and feedback to clubs and governing bodies.
By giving your opinions, you will be able to help the club continue its drive to become more inclusive and provide an improved matchday experience for disabled supporters.
The survey closes on Sunday 20 June. Click HERE to complete the survey.
In addition, fans are also being asked to complete a survey from Rochdale AFC Community Trust.
The results of this survey will give the club/ Community Trust a clearer understanding of the needs of disabled young people and adults in Rochdale, in relation to healthy lifestyles and health promotion education.
