Spectator Guide For Fleetwood Town Friendly

17 July 2021

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the Crown Oil Arena for Saturday’s game against Fleetwood Town!

With some Covid restrictions still in place, the matchday experience will be different to the norm.

Ahead of the game, we’ve put together a spectator’s guide so supporters in attendance know exactly what to expect.

TICKETS

Supporters who purchased their ticket for the game online will have received an email with their digital ticket attached.

You can either scan this ticket at our barcoded entry turnstile direct from your phone, or if you would prefer to print the ticket, scan the physical printout at the turnstile.

Supporters who purchased their ticket in-person, or over the phone for collection before the game, will be able to scan their ticket as normal.

Tickets can be collected from the Ticket Collection Cabin, on the Crown Oil Arena car park, from 1pm.

Tickets are available to purchase online HERE until midday on Saturday.

TURNSTILES

The Crown Oil Arena turnstiles will be open from 2pm on Saturday, one hour before kick-off.

At the turnstiles, supporters will have to scan the barcode on their digital or physical ticket at the automated scanner. Once your ticket is accepted, the light will turn green and you will be able to enter through the turnstile as normal.

Once in the stadium, supporters must sit in the seat which is assigned on their ticket. Supporters in the Sandy Lane are asked to socially distance and act responsibly when coming into contact with others.

FACE COVERINGS

With restrictions on face coverings not being eased until Monday 19th July, there will still be a requirement to wear a covering on Saturday. These must be worn when you are moving around the stadium, but can be removed when you take your seat, or take up your position in the Sandy Lane.

REFRESHMENTS

The kiosks at the Crown Oil Arena will be shut for the game. Supporters are advised to bring their own refreshments. However, please note that cans will not be permitted into the stadium and any plastic bottles will require the lid removing prior to entry. Bags will be searched by stewards upon entry to the stadium. Any items that are surrendered will be donated to the Community Trust’s food pantry (details HERE).

The Ratcliffe Bars will be open from midday. Due to the current Covid restrictions, it will be table service only and will operate at limited capacity. There will be no pre-bookings and it will operate as first come first serve. The bar will not be open at half-time but will be open for an hour after the game. The Carlsberg Lounge will be shut.

HOSPITALITY GUESTS

Supporters booked in for hospitality in the 1907 Lounge for the game should enter through the Main Reception as usual.

CLUB SHOP

The RAFC Club Shop will be open before the game, giving supporters the chance to purchase our 2021/22 kits in-person for the first time!

Click HERE for all the information.

SEASON CARDS

There will be no Season Card sales in-person or over the phone on Saturday. However, they are still available to purchase online HERE. Season Cards will not be available for collection on Saturday.

PROGRAMMES

There will be no programmes on sale for our pre-season friendlies. The Voice Of Spotland will return at our first home game of the league season against Scunthorpe United on Saturday 14th August.

LEAVING THE STADIUM

We would kindly ask that all supporters, when leaving the stadium, do so in a responsible manner. Please socially distance at all times, where possible.
