Dale’s 2021/22 Season Cards are on sale now!

Existing Season Card Holders have an exclusive priority purchase window from Thursday 1st July to Sunday 11th July, before Season Cards go on General Sale on Monday 12th July.

On Thursday 1st July, existing Season Card holders will be able to purchase online from 8am. Supporters will be able to buy in person or over the phone from 9am.

Existing Season Card holders mean those who purchased in 2020/21 and did not claim a refund.

The Ticket Office is open from 9am-5pm on weekdays. In addition, the Ticket Office will be open on Saturday 3rd July from 9am-1pm. 

HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE

Please visit www.rafctickets.co.uk to purchase online.

On the landing page you will see three tabs - Season Card Renewals, Season Card Changes and Dale Reward Cards. It is important that you select the correct tab.

Season Card Renewals Tab
This is for supporters who want to keep their existing seat and have no other changes to be made.

After clicking through to select this option, another screen will open up. You must then input your ID/ Membership number.

If you do not know your ID/ Membership number, you’ll find it on your 2020-21 Season Card - it is located on the left-hand side of your Card. If you still cannot find it, you will have to contact the Ticket Office. Please do not set up a new ID/ Membership number.

Once those details have been inputted, your seat will automatically appear and you will be able to purchase your existing seat.

Season Card Changes Tab
This is for supporters who would like to pick a new seat or have an age band change due to the new pricing structure. For example, if you now qualify as a Youth under the new pricing structure.

Once you click through on this option, a plan of the stadium will appear. From there, you will be able to select your new seat and make your purchase.


Dale Rewards Cards
This is for supporters who wish to purchase a Dale Rewards Cards.

Dale Rewards Cards will go on sale to all supporters on Thursday 1st July.


SEASON CARD CREDIT

Supporters who requested a credit towards the cost of their 2021/22 Season Cards have now been issued with a unique Season Credit Voucher code.

The unique code has been sent to the email address that we have on our system for you.

These codes are only valid for one use against your 2021/22 Season Card.

How to redeem the code online
Input the credit voucher number, located on the attachment that was sent to you by email, into the required field online. Once you have added the 16-digit number, it will reduce your cart by the applicable amount.

How to redeem the code in person at the Ticket Office
Supporters must bring their Season Credit Voucher to the Ticket Office, either as a hard or electronic copy, and produce this to staff so they can apply the credit.

These codes are only valid for one use against your 2021/22 Season Card.

FINANCE

Season Card Finance will be available with V12, payable over nine months. Applications are only available to persons aged 18 and over and subject to a credit check. This facility is only available when purchasing online via www.rafctickets.co.uk The V12 finance option will be available as a payment method to select on check out.

SEASON CARDS COLLECTION/ POSTAGE

Supporters who wish to purchase their Season Card in person will not be able to take their Season Card away with them. They will be available for collection/ will be posted out at a later date. This is to allow staff print the cards/ sync them with your data.

For those who purchase online or over the phone, please select either collection or postage when placing your order.

Postage will cost £3.

Should you select the collection option, please wait until you see further communication from the club before coming to the club to collect.

JUNIOR SEASON CARDS

Junior Season Cards for Dale fans aged 11-and-under are just £25 in the Sandy Lane and Smith Metals Family Stand and £35 in the Main Stand. Junior Dale Season Card holders will also receive the following benefits:

• Meet our friendly mascot Desmond the Dragon on matchdays;
• Visit Desmond’s Den on matchdays and take part in free workshops and interactive activities;
• Christmas and birthday card signed by all the players.

Junior Season Cards are only available when purchasing an Adult Season Card. Sales in the Main Stand are restricted to 100, so please purchase early to avoid disappointment. There are no restrictions on the number of Junior Season Cards purchased with every Adult Season Card.

These can be purchased online, over the phone and in person at the Dale Ticket Office.

MAIN STAND EXECUTIVE

Our Main Stand Executive seats are available to purchase for an additional £150 on top of the price of your Main Stand Season Card. Executive Season Card Holders benefit from access to our 1907 Lounge pre and post match. Please note: Due to Covid-19 it may be required to pre-book your table in the 1907 Lounge. Access may not be guaranteed for every home game if hospitality numbers are to be capped.

Existing Executive Season Card Holders can renew their seat at Main Stand prices if they wish to forfeit the lounge access. Lounge passes will be available to book on a match by match basis at £5 per head subject to availability.

COUNTRY SEASON CARDS

Country Season Cards will be available from just £100 and will offer access to ten league home games. This product is only available to supporters living beyond 50 miles of the Crown Oil Arena. This will be calculated using Google maps, from your postcode to the Crown Oil Arena.

Supporters will be required to provide proof of address on purchase.

Please note that in order to help the Club avoid locking in a seat for all 23 games that will only be used on ten occasions during the season, Country Season Card holders will not be allocated a specific seat when making their purchase.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS

Disabled supporters pay the relevant price band with their carer free of charge.

Disabled pricing applies to supporters who are in the receipt of the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance or registered helpers. Documented evidence will be required at the time of purchase.

DALE REWARDS CARD

Our Dale Rewards Card is the perfect alternative to a Season Card for Dale for supporters who can’t make it to all League home games. Priced at £25 it offers £5 off match day admission prices and a different reward each month such as:

• Club shop discount
• Reduced hospitality
• Bring a friend offers
• Priority purchase for cup games
• And more

Season Card holders will also receive all the above monthly rewards!
