We would like to thank everyone who has purchased a 2021/22 Season Card. Your support is much appreciated!
As per our previous communications, fans buying their Season Card in person at the Dale Ticket Office have not been able to take their Season Card away with them at the time of purchase, giving staff time to print the cards and sync them with your data.
We can now confirm that there will be a two week period for fans to collect their cards from the Dale Ticket Office, prior to our first home league game of the season, from Monday 2nd August until Friday 13th August.
This applies to anyone who has already bought a Season Card, either in person at the Dale Ticket Office, over the phone or online and have marked their order for collection, or will purchase a Season Card over the next few weeks up, until the start of the season.
Supporters are urged not to leave collection until the day of our first home game. This is to prevent long queues being formed at the Ticket Office on a matchday and to ensure smooth and swift entry into the ground.
The above information also applies to Dale Rewards Cards.
