Rochdale Football Club can confirm that Fabio Tavares has joined Coventry City for an undisclosed fee.
The forward has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with the Championship side.
Tavares is a Rochdale Academy graduate, having been with Dale since the age of 15.
He was a key member of the Youth Team who were crowned Champions of the 2017/18 EFL North West Youth Alliance League.
In the summer of 2019, he signed his first professional contract, making his first team debut in September of that year.
The 20-year-old made 39 appearances during his time with the Club, scoring four goals.
