Ahead of Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two game against Newport County, we have put together all the details you need to make the most of your visit to the Crown Oil Arena.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Supporters should be aware that, following the government's Plan B update earlier this week, the club have updated our COVID-19 protocols.

CHRISTMAS FAMILY FUN DAY

It's our Christmas family fun day this weekend! Bring the kids along early to Santa's Grotto, where they will receive a free gift. Try our festive food and drink, enjoy Christmas carols from the Wardle Academy Brass Band, plus much more!

ADMISSION DETAILS

The Crown Oil Arena no longer operates cash turnstiles and is barcoded entry only. We urge supporters to use our online ticketing site to purchase their tickets before coming to the ground. Tickets will remain online until kick-off. 

Buying online is the quickest and easiest way purchase your match tickets and you can do so HERE.

You can save your e-ticket directly to your phone to scan upon entry to the turnstiles.

In circumstances where you can only purchase from the Ticket Office, please do not leave this until the last minute. Our new ticketing system requires the details of all purchasers to be stored on our system, so it will take time to process your details and issue your match ticket. Therefore, to avoid delaying your entry to the ground further, please allow plenty of time to visit the Ticket Office.

TICKET COLLECTIONS

Our Ticket Collection Cabin is located opposite the five-a-side pitch at the Smith Metals Family Stand end of the ground, and will be open from 1pm for collections.

Collections before this time must be made from the Ticket Office at the Main Reception, which is open from 9am.

TURNSTILES

Turnstiles will open one hour before kick-off at 2pm. 

BARS

The Ratcliffe Bars at the club will open from midday. Both home and away fans are welcome. Our Spot Community Hub, in the Smith Metals Family Stand, will remain open for one hour after the full-time whistle.

Priced at £3, it will be available around the ground and in the Club Shop on matchday.

CATERING KIOSKS

Our brand-new catering partner have been earning some rave reviews so far this season!

There are some tasty looking items on our new menu, provided by the Lancashire Hospitality Co-Operation. Click HERE for full details on the partnership and to view the menu.

As a special for this weekend, we will be selling delicious Yorkshire Pudding Wraps!

You will be able to pay by cash or card at the kiosks. 

CLUB SHOP

The Club Shop is open from 11am, right through until kick-off, and for a small time after full-time.

Click HERE to browse our online shop, where you can also purchase items 24/7.

Supporters are reminded that face coverings are now mandatory in the Club Shop, unless you have an exemption.

HALF-TIME DRAW

Tickets for Saturday’s half-time draw are on sale now. Get yours online HERE.

Buying online is the perfect way for exiled fans to support the club, or for those who prefer not to use cash. Please note, online sales will end at 1.30pm on Saturday, but 

Tickets are priced at £1. First prize is 50% of the takings, whilst second prize is a Dale shirt signed by the first team squad!
