Rochdale Football Club and Rochdale AFC Community Trust joined forces with the charity Mind on Saturday to help raise awareness among fans about mental health and the support the charity provides.
As part of the club’s commitment to support Mind’s charity partnership with the EFL, Dale’s Sky Bet League One fixture was chosen as the Rochdale AFC’s Mind matchday.
Players wore Mind branded t-shirts during the warm-up, while the club shared key information across its social media channels in the run up to the kick-off, including a video message from the players.
The day was also about helping raise funds for Rochdale and istrict Mind, our local branch of the charity, and you can add your support by donating to their JustGiving Page. If you donate a minimum of £3, you’ll be in with a chance of winning a signed Dale shirt!
