We’re aware that some supporters have had an issue with the iFollow video stream failing to load in previous games, resulting in a spinning wheel appearing on the screen.
If you’re affected by that issue during today’s game, there are a number of steps you can take yourself before contacting iFollow.
- Make sure you’re not running an ad-blocker
Some ad-blockers can interfere with live video playback so the EFL recommend turning any ad-blockers off and refreshing the page, before trying to reload the video stream
You will need to make sure that cookies are not disabled in order to run iFollow.
- Upgrade your browser
Make sure you are running the latest version of your browser.
- Try another browser
If none of the above troubleshooting steps solve your issue, try to download another browser.
