Following last week’s decision by the Government to pause the plan to allow supporters to return to stadia, Rochdale Football Club is now in a position to update Season Card holders on their options going forward.
Fans who purchased a 2020/21 Season Card can either:
Option 1
Claim a full refund, less the number of games they have received an iFollow code for.

Option 2
*Continue to receive an iFollow pass for home league games played behind-closed-doors.
*Continue to receive an iFollow pass for home league games played behind-closed-doors.
If you choose this option, your seat reservation will be secured, so that if and when crowds are permitted entry into the Crown Oil Arena, you’ll will be able to sit in the seat you purchased whilst the COVID seating plan was in place. Once the COVID restrictions are lifted, you will be guaranteed your 2019/20 seat.
HOW TO CLAIM A REFUND
Supporters wishing to claim a refund should email tickets@rochdaleafc.co.uk
We will start accepting refund requests from Monday 5th October.
Although you can claim a refund at any time, please note that if you have not emailed the Club by midday on Wednesday 14th October, then you will receive an iFollow pass for our League One fixture v Hull City at the Crown Oil Arena on Saturday 17th October. Refunds on any emails received after this time will have a further £10 deducted from it for each match played.
*Please note that iFollow codes will not be issued to junior supporters aged 11 and under. Youth Season Card holders (12-18) will receive iFollow passes up to the equivalent of their Season Card cost. ie) you will receive an iFollow code for our next six home league matches, including Saturday’s game against Fleetwood Town.
DALE FAMILY REWARDS CARDS
Supporters who purchased a Dale Family Rewards Card are not eligible for a refund. Fans with a Dale Family Rewards Card will continue to receive all the benefits associated with the Card, including a monthly reward.
Dale Family Rewards Cards cost just £25 for the season and will remain on sale. You can purchase a Rewards Card online HERE, by popping into the Ticket Office or by calling 01706 644648.
Supporters should note that Season Cards will not go back on sale during the 2020/21 campaign.
