Virtual Crown Oil Arena returns for Tuesday night's game against Sunderland!
We’re inviting Season Card holders and Dale Family Rewards Cards holders to join us for a unique virtual matchday experience this Tuesday (October 27th) when we host Sunderland.
With supporters still not able to attend matches at the Crown Oil Arena, we want to bring the matchday experience to you!
What does it involve?
Fans, from their own home, will gather on Zoom with fellow supporters to watch the game live on iFollow, giving you the chance to meet up virtually with like-minded fans.
Starting at 7pm on Zoom, we will be hosting a football-related talk by matchday media team memeber Steven Rittey about the Fan Galleries and going 'Behind the Scenes' at several clubs last season including the FA Cup trip to Newcastle United and the Carabao Cup night at Old Trafford.
Steven took the popular Fan Gallery images for the Club last season, contributes to 'The Voice of Spotland' and has been featured in 'Football Weekends' magazine several times.
Then on iFollow from 7.35pm, join Martin and Paul, our commentary team, live on iFollow!
You're welcome to join fellow Dale fans to discuss the game via in-game polls and discussions. You might see some familiar matchday faces on screen too!

Not only that, you might be featured on the Club’s website and social media channels in the days after the fixture. Fan screen grabs and in-game reactions in video form might be used on our website and social media channels following the match!
Who can get involved?
We can facilitate for a maximum of 20 Season Card / Dale Family Rewards Card holders to take part.
In order to take part, you must have the following:
A device with webcam (e.g. laptop, phone or tablet);
Access to watch the game on iFollow from a separate device (or minimise the Zoom window);
Fast and secure internet connectivity;
Your Season Card / Dale Family Rewards Card ID number.

You will be emailed with instructions on what you need to do to ahead of the match.

Please note, only approved participants will be granted access. Virtual Crown Oil Arena will be moderated by Club staff and appropriate action will be taken against any fan deemed to be behaving inappropriately.
