He came off the bench with the Nash a goal up to secure the win, finishing coolly with five minutes remaining.

The win moves Curzon up to 18th in the Vanarama National League North table.

Elsewhere, goalkeeper Brad Wade kept another clean sheet as his Guiseley AFC side were 1-0 winners at second placed Kings Lynn Town.

The stopper made a number if important saves to keep the hosts at bay, with Kaine Felix’s strike earning The Lions all three points.

It continues their playoff push, as they move up to ninth in the table.

Lewis Bradley and Harrison Hopper’s Colne FC had their game against Brighouse Town postponed, as did Adam Cullen’s Ashton Athletic’s game against Longridge Town.

As of Monday 16th, all Clubs in the Vanarama National Leagues and Northern Premier Leagues have postponed fixtures until further notice, due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
