Over the next three weeks, we’ll be throwing our weight behind the only Rochdale AFC affiliated team playing competitive matches – Dale Esports!
They play in the official VPG FIFA 20 leagues, with new seasons starting on Monday 23rd March.
Dale compete in VPG’s English Partnered Pro Clubs League and League 4 North, as well as associated cup competitions, and all of their matches are live streamed on the Dale Esports YouTube channel.
The team are different to most EFL Esports teams in that they remain exclusive to Rochdale fans only.
In building up to the start of the new league seasons, Dale will play friendly matches this coming week, with a “best of three” tie against Rotherham United on Tuesday night (17th March, 8pm kick-off).
Dale’s official social media accounts will be building up to and reporting on the matches, in the absence of EFL fixtures!
Interested in joining the team? The team are always looking for more Dale fans to join. There is also a casual element with ad hoc matches when members are free. No previous experience or ability is required, but members must be over 14 years of age.
