Club Procedures Following Postponement Of Fixtures

13 March 2020

Following on from this morning’s postponement of all EFL fixtures until Friday 3rd April, the Club can now confirm its procedures until at least that date.

OPENING HOURS

The RAFC Ticket Office and Club Shop will not be open to the public from Monday 16th March.

The Ticket Office is still contactable by email on office@rochdaleafc.co.uk or by telephone on 01706 644648 (option 1).

Ticket sales for all matches have been suspended until rearranged dates have been confirmed. Tickets already purchased will be valid for the rearranged date. Refunds on tickets will not be available until the rearranged dates are confirmed. The same information applies to hospitality bookings for those matches affected.

Our online Club Shop store is still open 24/7 and items will continue to be delivered as normal.

Staff are also contactable by email on shop@rochdaleafc.co.uk or by telephone on 01706 644648 (option 2).

Click HERE to visit our online store. The Club Shop will be open from 9am-Midday on Saturday 14th March before the shutdown begins on Monday.

 

FIRST TEAM

Extra precautions are being taken at the Club’s training premises in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

We can confirm that no Club staff, including First Team players and management, have needed to self-isolate at this moment in time.

 

ACADEMY

All Youth Team and Academy fixtures and training sessions have been cancelled for the period above.

COMMUNITY TRUST

All Dale In The Community Sports Trust activities based at the Crown Oil Arena have been cancelled for the above period.

ROOM BOOKINGS

All room and event bookings at the Crown Oil Arena between Monday 16th March and Friday 3rd April have been cancelled.

These include the AGM & EGM arranged for Monday 23rd March and the Dale Business Club on Tuesday 24th March.

DALE LOTTO

Dale Lotto activities, including weekly draws, will be postponed for the above period, following the draw on Saturday 14th March.

As confirmed this morning, the EFL are holding a Board meeting next week, after which they will provide a further update to Clubs and supporters.

We will endeavour to keep our supporters as up to date as possible on all matters.
