Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rochdale Association Football Club Limited will be held in “The 1907 Lounge”, The Crown Oil Arena, Sandy Lane, Rochdale, OL11 5DR on Monday 23rd March 2020 at 7.30 p.m. Notice is also hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will follow the AGM.
The annual shareholders meeting will follow the AGM & EGM.
Shareholders who have registered an email address will receive their notice and other relevant papers via email. Letters will be sent to other Shareholders, again with the relevant papers.
