Following our communication to supporters on Thursday, we have received a number of queries from fans who claimed a Season Card refund asking if they can either repurchase their Season Card seat or purchase their seat on a match by match basis.
Since supporters claimed a refund earlier this season, a new Covid-safe seating plan has recently been implemented, removing those supporters who claimed a refund from the plan, allowing us, where possible, to be able to put seats on general sale.
Therefore, the seat that was originally purchased is no longer assigned to your Season Card.
If you wish to attend games whilst restrictions are in place, you will have to buy your match ticket when they go on general sale.
