Dale are back at home on Tuesday 29th December, welcoming Crewe Alexandra in Sky Bet League One.
Due to Christmas, the codes are being sent out early and will be emailed to Season Card holders on Wednesday 23rd December.
Should you not receive yours, please firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this for you and will reply to you before the game. We may take longer than normal to reply depending on when you contact us due to Christmas.
Don’t forget, if someone bought a Season Card on your behalf, then the code will be sent to the email address of the person who purchased your card, so please contact them directly and ask them to pass the code onto you.
Please also check your junk/ spam folders.
Fans are advised to redeem their code as early as possible and not to leave it until the day of the game to avoid any issues.
We are aware that some supporters have been charged for their passes for our home league games, despite having a free code. Fans should check their bank statements and if you have been charged, you should email iFollow@efl.com with the subject line ‘Rochdale Refund’. Please, if possible, supply the free code you were sent.
When redeeming your code, enter your promo code into the box on screen and click ‘Apply’ to activate your discount. Your Match Pass will then be available for free. Please do this before entering your card details. The £10 will then be discounted off and your transaction will appear as £0.00. Please ensure this is the case before inputting your card details, otherwise you will be charged. You will still have to enter your card details in order to process the free match.
