Our Season Cards and Dale Family Rewards Cards go on sale this Saturday, August 15.
We can confirm that the Ticket Office will be open from 9am-4pm.
The new RAFC ticketing site www.rafctickets.co.uk will be live from 9am on Saturday 15 August. Supporters will be able to purchase Season Cards for the Sandy Lane Stand and Dale Family Reward Cards only.
Unfortunately, due to strict Covid-19 seating enforcements, we are unable to currently sell Season Cards for the Main Stand or the Smith Metals Family Stand online. Season Cards for the Main Stand and Smith Metals Family Stand will be available to purchase in-person or over the phone only. We sincerely apologise to our supporters for this inconvenience.
The Ticket Office telephone number is 01706 644 648. There are no fees for purchasing over the phone.
We ask all supporters to be patient and abide by the social distancing guidelines when purchasing their Season Card in-person. Signage is in place around the stadium. Due to a new ticketing system being in place, as well the introduction of the Covid safe seating plan that must be strictly adhered to, it is expected that your Season Card purchase may take longer than it did previously. We ask for your patience and understanding. Our staff will process your order as quickly as possible.
In order to help speed up the process of the sale, we ask that you bring your existing customer number with you. You'll find this on your existing Season Ticket book.
Due to strict social distancing inside the Main Reception – only 1 person at a time is permitted entry – we understand that supporters may be queuing outside for a considerable amount of time. We thank you in advance for your patience and co-operation.
We also ask supporters to wear a mask.
The Club will be providing fruit shoots for the kids and bottled water to those waiting in the queue. The Dale in the Community Trust will be show casing the new 5-a-side pitch to entertain the youngsters.
Please note that you will not receive you Season Card at the point sale. All cards need to be individually printed and data loaded onto them, therefore, they will be available to collect at a later date, or available to receive by post (postage fee applies). We will communicate in due course when they will be available.
Due to the ongoing pitch works and the machinery that requires space on the car park, as well as the NHS testing centre, there is NO parking available at the Crown Oil Arena. Please park courteously in the surrounding areas.

PRICES
Adult Season Card prices start at just £200, which is equal to £8.70 per game! Youth Season Cards (12-18 years) are from £75, with Junior Season Cards (11 and under) just £25.
New for this season is our Dale Family Rewards Card, a membership scheme which will give supporters a whole host of benefits and is a perfect alternative to a Season Card!
SEASON CARDS
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary reduced capacity restrictions must be enforced at the Crown Oil Arena. The stadium will operate at a circa 20% capacity. Therefore, the demand for Season Cards is likely to exceed the supply available. In order to meet this demand, Season Cards will be made available in the Reside Estate Agency Stand as a temporary measure until restrictions are lifted.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to guarantee your usual seat / stand for season ticket holders wanting to renew, but as soon as restrictions are lifted we will reallocate your original seat.
2020/21 Season Cards will go on sale on Saturday 15 August for a limited period only. Existing season ticket holders will be given the first exclusive opportunity to renew. Season Cards will be available on general sale on 01 September.
BAR CODED ENTRY
For the 2020/21 campaign, the Crown Oil Arena will operate on barcoded entry. That means you simply scan your card at the turnstile to gain access into the ground on matchday!
If games are to be played behind closed doors, Season Card holders will receive an iFollow match pass to stream the game live.
If crowds are allowed in the stadium, priority will be given to Season Card holders.
JUNIOR SEASON CARDS
Junior Season Cards for Dale fans aged 11-and-under are available for just £25, in all areas of the ground, and holders will receive the following benefits:
- Meet our friendly mascot Desmond the Dragon matchdays;
- Visit Desmond’s Den on matchdays and take part in free workshops and interactive activities;
- Desmond The Dragon newsletter twice per season;
- Christmas and birthday card signed by all the players.
Junior Season Cards are only available when purchasing an Adult Season Ticket. Sales in the Main Stand are restricted to 100, so please purchase early to avoid disappointment. There are no restrictions on the number of Junior Season Cards purchased with every Adult Season Card.
DALE FAMILY REWARDS CARD
Sign up to our brand-new Dale Family Rewards Card and receive £5 off matchday admission prices, as well as a host of different monthly rewards!
It is just £25 for the 2020/21 season and makes the perfect alternative to a Season Card for supporters who can’t make it all home league matches.
Members will receive a physical card and the following exclusive member benefits:
- £5 discount on match tickets for home league games;
- Priority purchase for cup games;
- Discounted iFollow match passes.
- Monthly rewards such as;
- Bring a friend vouchers;
- Half-price hospitality;
- 10% discount in the Club Shop;
- Local business offers.
Season Card holders will also receive all of the above monthly rewards!
Whilst capacity restrictions are in place, 100 tickets for Dale Family Rewards Card holders will be made available for every home game. These will be sold on a first come, first served basis, and must be purchased in advance of matchday. More details will follow in due course.
MAIN STAND EXECUTIVE
Due to the temporary reduced capacities, Main Stand Executive Seating and lounge access will not be on sale. However, existing Main Stand Executive Season Ticket holders will have the opportunity to renew their seat when restrictions are lifted. An alternative temporary seat will be offered.

DISABLED SUPPORTERS
Disabled supporters pay the relevant price (as above) with carer free of charge.
Disabled pricing applies to supporters who are in the receipt of the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance or registered helpers.
Documented evidence will be required at the time of purchase.
EXECUTIVE BOX SEATING
Located in the Main Stand, our Executive Box Seating offers stunning views of the pitch from the warmth and comfort from inside an Executive Box, meaning you won’t miss a single second of the action.
As an Executive Box Seat Holder your ticket includes access to all home league games, friendlies, EFL Trophy, Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup (first and second rounds only) matches, plus a range of additional benefits including:
- VIP treatment from our Corporate Hospitality Team;
- A matchday programme and team sheet for every game;
- Complimentary refreshments inside the Executive Box including tea, coffee, water and hot chocolate;
- TV with Sky Sports live;
- Access to private Box Holders Bar and 1907 Lounge;

HOW TO BUY
Season Cards will be available to purchase from 9am on Saturday 15th August.
These can be purchased online at www.rafctickets.co.uk, by calling 01706644648 (option 1), or in person at the RAFC Ticket Office at the Crown Oil Arena. Supporters purchasing online will have the option to either collect their Season Card from the Ticket Office or have this posted (postage fees apply).
FINANCE
Season Card Finance is available with V12, payable over six months. Applications are only available to persons aged 18 and over and subject to a credit check. To apply or for more information visit www.v12seasonticketfinance.com.
COUNTRY SEASON TICKETS
Country Season Tickets will no longer be available from the 2020/21 season.
Supporters who previously purchased these are encouraged to buy a Rochdale Rewards Card, which offers a £5 discount on normal matchday prices as well as a whole host of other benefits, for just £25.
MATCHDAY PRICES
Advance prices and category A & B matches have been dropped for the 2020/21 season, with all tickets for league matches being priced at the same rate, whether bought in advance or on the day.
However, Rochdale Rewards Card holders will be entitled to £5 off admission prices, as well as a host of other benefits.
Also new for this season is a Family Ticket, which includes admission for two adults and two juniors at a reduced rate! (only available in the Smith Metals Family Stand).
