Brian Barry-Murphy has given an injury update on Aaron Wilbraham, Ryan McLaughlin and Tyler Magloire, ahead of Tuesday night’s game against Lincoln City.
“Aaron is making great progress. He’s back in training this week, but I think Tuesday night’s game may be too soon for him. If the week goes according to plan, he’ll be available for Saturday.
“Ryan McLaughlin has a heel injury which is a source of frustration for himself and everybody else. We’re all disappointed for him, because it’s very much an injury that gets sore on different days, and he almost feels as if he’s getting back into the picture, then he’ll have a setback.
“He’s seeing a specialist on Tuesday, which is helping him with the process of trying to get him back, but he won’t be available for Tuesday night’s game or Saturday. It’s very much a case of trying to get him back as soon as possible. There’s no definitive date on him.”
Barry-Murphy has also confirmed that on-loan Blackburn Rovers defender Tyler Magloire will be out of action for a sustained period of time.
“Tyler is back at Blackburn receiving treatment for his groin injury which is very bad. He won’t be back for the foreseeable future. I think it will be a case of months and not weeks before he’s back.”
