Dale face Bolton Wanderers in the second match of the Leasing.com Trophy campaign at the Crown Oil Arena.
Bolton drew with Bradford City in their opening game, with the bonus point going to the Bantams via the penalty shootout, whilst Dale were beaten 2-0 by Manchester City Under-21s.
The sides have already met this season, with Brian Barry-Murphy’s men running out 5-2 winners in round one of the Carabao Cup.

The Main Stand is open for home supporters, whilst visiting fans will be housed in the Reside Estate Agency (Willbutts Lane) Stand.
