Extended Ticket Office Opening Hours

An update to Thursday’s communication regarding Dale’s League One fixture v Sunderland at the Crown Oil Arena…

Season Ticket holders in the Smith Metals Family Stand who have been asked to relocate for the Sunderland game on Saturday 6th April should have received a letter through the post on Friday.

The letter, which was sent out on Thursday, contains information on what to do next.

To provide supporters with the opportunity to get to/ contact the Dale Ticket Office outside of normal working hours, it will be open for longer on selected days in the week leading up to the Scunthorpe United fixture. 

Thursday 21st March 2019 | From 9am-6pm
Friday 22nd March 2019 | From 9am-6pm
Saturday 23rd March 2019 | At home to Scunthorpe United – The Ticket Office is open from 9am-3pm, and then from the full-time through until 7.30pm
Sunday 24th March 2019 | 9am-midday

Those who have been contacted have until close of play on Sunday 24th March 2019 to guarantee a new seat for the fixture. Tickets in the Smith Metals Family Stand will go on general sale at 9am on Monday 25th March and seats will then become subject to availability.

If you are unable to get to the Crown Oil Arena before tickets go on general sale, then please contact our Ticket Office. The staff will be happy to help. They can be contacted on 0844 826 1907 (option 8).

Meanwhile, tickets for the Main Stand and Sandy Lane will go on general sale at 9am on Monday 18th March.

Please note that is an ALL TICKET match, meaning that there will be no ticket sales on the day of the game. Please note that there will be no online sales for this match, however, supporters can purchase at ticket in person at the Dale Ticket Office, or by calling 0844 826 1907 (option 8) if you have a booking history with us.
