Rochdale’s Elite Development Squad (EDS) Scholarship (Heywood) are holding a trial day in July.
The trial is open to Under-17s and Under-18s, who have either just left school, or are looking to join a full-time course.
The course combines training and playing football with studying for a college sports diploma.
You will train full-time and represent Rochdale AFC in the National League U19 Alliance and the EFL Community & Education Football Alliance league, as well as being coached by UEFA qualified coaches and the Club’s elite Academy coaches. Your development will be analysed with Hudl.
The course offers a BTEC Level 2/3 Sports Diploma & Level 3 Sports Extended Diploma.
Progressions and pathways include scholarships, semi/pro football, further education, University, apprenticeships and coaching.
WHEN & WHERE
The trial day is being held on Tuesday 30th July at Heywood Sports Village, 9.30am-11.30am.
