A Note From Chairman Andrew Kilpatrick

5 January 2019

Firstly, I’d like to take the opportunity to wish everyone a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

Saturday’s game against Burton Albion marks my first home game as Chairman, something I’m very much looking forward to.

Although I have been an avid supporter of Rochdale since I was a toddler and have regularly attended matches, both as a fan and in my previous role as President, I will be extremely proud to take my seat in the Main Stand as Chairman of this great Football Club.

I would like to once again place on record my thanks to Chris Dunphy for his services to the Club over the last 12 years. As we all know, the Club enjoyed great successes both on and off the pitch under his stewardship and he’ll always be fondly remembered for that.

As we enter a New Year, we also enter a new era for the football club, and, I, and the Board of Directors hope you will support us going forward. I understand that change can bring an uncertainty, but please be rest assured that everyone at the Football Club has its best interests at heart and we all share the same common goal of continued success.

A Fans’ Forum has been arranged for Monday 14th January, 7pm, at the Crown Oil Arena and the Board of Directors and I will be present. I hope you will take the opportunity to come along and meet us and put any questions to us.

Andrew Kilpatrick
