Ryan McLaughlin made his return from injury in Tuesday night’s Carabao Cup second round win over Carlisle United, featuring as a substitute in the final minutes.
The full-back and first-year professional Harrison Hopper made their first starts of the season in Wednesday night’s Lancashire Senior Cup first round tie at Morecambe.
