Important information regarding matchday arrangements for Saturday’s game against Sunderland at the Crown Oil Arena…
ALL TICKET
Supporters are reminded that this match is ALL TICKET – there will be NO cash turnstiles in operation.
We can confirm that Dale fans can purchase tickets up until 11.30am on the day of the game from the RAFC Ticket Office.
Sunderland supporters must purchase tickets from their club before their off-sale cut-off time.
In addition, the RAFC Ticket Office will remain open until 7pm this Friday (April 5th) to give supporters an opportunity to purchase their tickets outside of normal working hours.
Fans are reminded that those who buy tickets from the RAFC Ticket Office must provide proof of address, while tickets will only be sold over the phone to those supporters who have a booking history with the Club. Call 0844 826 1907 (option 8).
Please note that there will no telesales on matchday.

TURNSTILES
All turnstiles will open at 1pm. Supporters are advised to arrive to avoid queues.
Home supporters in the Smith Metals Family Stand can enter through Turnstiles 23-25, located nearest the Dale in the Community Office.
Sunderland supporters with a ticket for the Smith Metals Family Stand should enter through Turnstiles 19-22, located nearest the Club Shop.
TICKET COLLECTIONS
Home ticket collections can be made from the Ticket Collection Cabin, located opposite the Club’s five-a-side pitch, from midday.
Sunderland supporters who have marked their tickets for collection can pick theirs up from the Study Centre, located on Willbutts Lane, also from midday.
Hospitality guests should visit the Main Reception at the Crown Oil Arena, where they will be shown to their table.
PARKING
There is no parking available on the day of the game at the Crown Oil Arena (except for those with a Parking Permit or a pre-arranged Car Park pass for the match).
Otherwise, it is street parking only. Please be aware of any local parking restrictions.
TRAFFIC INFORMATION
Road closures will be in force around the Crown Oil Arena on Saturday.
Willbutts Lane from the junction with Sandy Lane to the junction with Churchill Street, will be entirely closed between 12:30-15:00 and 16:30-17:30.
Ings Lane’s easterly carriageway will be shut (travelling towards Edenfield Road) from its junction with Rooley Moor Road to its junction with Edenfield Road from 12:30 until approximately 17:30.
The westerly carriage will be open as usual. This is to help safely park nearly 50 coaches that are travelling to Rochdale from Sunderland for the match.
Residents in this area should have received a letter from Rochdale Council’s Highways this week.
CHANGES TO BARS
For Saturday’s game against Sunderland, the Dale Bar will now be closed pre-match, while the Ratcliffe Suite will open at 11am.
Supporters are strongly advised to arrive as early as possible. Once the bar is at its capacity, there will no further admission.
The Ratcliffe Suite is open to both home and away fans.
Half-time will remain the same as usual, with supporters from the Sandy Lane and Main Stand being able to gain access via the rear gates of the Ratcliffe.
After the game, the Ratcliffe Suite will be open for one hour. Both the final scores and the Grand National will be shown live on our giant screens.

The Carlsberg Lounge, located inside the Smith Metals Family Stand, will open at 1pm when the turnstiles open.

It will also be open after the game for the Grand National.
CLUB SHOP
The Club Shop will be open from 9am on Saturday through until kick-off, then again after the game for a short time.
LOUNGE ACCESS
With hospitality in the Main Lounge sold out for this weekend’s fixture, we are unable to accommodate non-hospitality guests in the Main Lounge on Saturday.
Main Stand Executive (black seat) holders will have access to the Crown Bar as an alternative.
AWAY HOSPITALITY
There are a limited number of hospitality tickets still available for away fans to purchase.
Prices are as follows:
Adult £65
Senior (aged 65 & over) £60
Young person (aged 21 & under) £60
Junior (aged 11 & under) £55
