Six-year-old Sam Cowling will lead the teams out ahead of kick-off at Saturday’s game against Gillingham.
Mascot for the day, his favourite player is Captain Ian Henderson and he can’t wait to walk out with his Dale hero.
Sam attends St Peter’s C of E Primary School in Rochdale and his favourite subject is maths. He loves to watch and play football, playing with friends, and swimming.
