We are delighted to announce that we have become the latest EFL club to add our support to the Tickets for Troops initiative.
Starting from Saturday’s game against Luton Town at the Crown Oil Arena (November 3rd), we are partnering with Tickets for Troops to offer member of the armed forces free admission to our home league games for the remainder of the 2018/19 season.
Tickets for Troops was set up in 2009 to offer serving personnel and those medically discharged from the forces since 2001 the opportunity to enjoy an event of their choice with their friends and families.
Free tickets are offered to a wide range of high profile and popular music, sports, theatre, entertainment and cultural events, including football.
Rochdale AFC Chief Executive James Mason commented: "We are proud to be working in conjunction with Tickets for Troops to offer free tickets to our home league games.
“We believe it’s important that our brave servicemen and women, who put their lives on the line for our country, are recognised, and this, for us, is a way to say thank you.
“We look forward to welcoming personnel from all branches of the Armed Forces to the Crown Oil Arena during the remainder of the season.”
