Rochdale Football Club are delighted to have teamed up with our friends at the Middleton Arena to promote this year’s festive offering.
Shone Productions Ltd presents their biggest pantomime yet, Aladdin, from Monday 3rd December until Sunday 30th December 2018.
Starring The Only Way Is Essex James Argent as the evil Abanazar, this magical panto features a delicious blend of beautiful scenery, colourful costumes, live band, dazzling dance routines, plenty of laughter and amazing special effects including an amazing flying carpet.
Joining James on stage will be Sam Retford (Channel 4’s Ackley Bridge’s Cory Wilson) as Aladdin, Kelsey Beth Crossley (Emmerdale’s Scarlett Nicholls & The Voice UK) as Princess Jasmine, Ruby Murry (Britain’s Got Talent) as Widow Twankey, Ben Coles (Comedy Star) as Wishee Washee, Introducing Emily Portch as The Slave Of The Ring & Paul Flanagan as The Emperor Of China.
Desmond the Dragon has been along the meet the cast and crew (pictured above) but sadly he didn’t make the cut for the show…
Panto producer, James Shone, revealed: “I am thrilled to be back at the Middleton Arena this year producing Aladdin. Each year we add new elements to keep the pantomime fresh. We have such a strong cast to deliver this up-to-date pantomime version which is packed with plenty of current popular songs. There is something for the whole family and I know that everyone will have a wonderful time.
