Rochdale will face Gateshead in the first round of the 2018/19 Emirates FA Cup.
The tie at the Crown Oil Arena will be played on the weekend of Saturday 10th November.
A fixture date and ticket details will be confirmed in due course.
Dale reached the fifth round of the competition last season and have reached the fourth round in four of the last five campaigns.
Gateshead are currently 7th in the Vanarama National League.
