The Youth Team face Wigan Athletic in the EFL North West Youth Alliance League on Saturday.
Dale are currently fourth in the table after eight games, nine points behind leaders Wigan, who are unbeaten having played a game more.
Both sides are through to the third round of the FA Youth Cup, with Dale having beaten MK Dons 2-0 at the Crown Oil Arena on Monday.
The match, to be played at Stalybridge Celtic's Bower Fold, will kick-off at 11am.
