Ryan Delaney, Ian Henderson and Joe Thompson are up for awards at Monday night’s North West Football Awards.
Held in Manchester, the awards ceremony celebrates the achievements of local clubs.
Delaney beat off stiff competition to be named amongst six finalists in the ‘Rising Star Category, which was whittled down from over 15 nominees from clubs including Everton and Manchester City.
Hendo has been shortlisted for the League One Player of the Year, alongside Wigan Athletic’s Nathan Byrne, Bradley Dack from Blackburn Rovers and Oldham Athletic’s Dan Gardner.
Meanwhile, Thompson’s strike against Charlton Athletic on the final day of the 2017/18 season has been shortlisted for ‘Goal of the Year’.
