Rochdale v Shrewsbury Town | Friday 30th March, Sky Bet League One, Crown Oil Arena, 3pm Kick-Off

Rochdale are back in action at the Crown Oil Arena on Good Friday, hosting Shrewsbury Town.

The Shrews (at the time of writing) currently occupy top spot in the Sky Bet League One table, after a remarkable season which has seem them win 23 games, draw nine and lose just six.

Wigan Athletic and Blackburn Rovers are hot on their heels, with the Latics just a point behind, having played two games less, while Rovers, who play on Thursday night, have a game in hand and are two points adrift of the table toppers.

The two sides last met back in August, with Dale visiting the Montgomery Waters Meadow Stadium during week three of the 2017/18 campaign.

In an entertaining fixture which saw three goals converted from the penalty spot, the Shrews were 3-2 winners. You can read the match report from that game HERE. Watch the key highlights HERE.

Paul Hurst’s side head into the match following a 1-0 win over AFC Wimbledon last weekend, while Dale secured a point on the road at play-off hopefuls Scunthorpe United.
