Rochdale Football Club and the Dale Supporters Trust are working closely to continue enhancing the matchday experience at the Crown Oil Arena.
Huge mprovements have been made over the last couple of years, resulting in the club winning the EFL’s Family Excellence Award for two consecutive seasons, scoring highly across all areas from website/ social media information, ease of ticket sales, range of club shop merchandise, choice of food, the overall atmosphere and the friendliness of staff.
We’re always striving to continue improving, though, and as such, the Trust are conducting a number of surveys throughout the season.
Supporters are encouraged to complete the survey, as feedback is very important.
The first survey looks at the kiosks that sell food and drinks on a matchday at the Crown Oil Arena.
