The Rochdale AFC Ladies’ end of season presentation took place at the weekend in the club’s Ratcliffe Bars.
Directors Graham Rawlinson and John Smallwood were on hand to present the awards to the teams which range from under-10s through to the Open Age team.
Awards on offer included Most Improved Player, Manager's Player of the Season and Players' Player of the Season.
Under-10s – Gracie Smith, Siri Penney, Phoebe Clarke
Under-11s – Evie Collins, Imogen Crook, Scarlet Spencer
Under-12s – Sana Ansari, Zaynah Hassan, Lucy Calvert
Under-13s – Sophie Williams, Ruby Molloy, Lina Elsawi
Under-14s – Madison Hardman, Tyla Jo Rollins, Charlotte Salt
Under-15s – Mia Gralton, Maddison Fish, Georgina Sutton
Open Age – Emma Thetford, Nicola Delaney, Emma Flynn
Louise Pilling Memorial Volunteer Of The Year – Sheryl Gavin
Each player received a trophy for representing the Club throughout the season, which saw three teams crowned as League winners, along with four cup winners in the South Manchester Girls League.
Coaches Steven Lorimer (under-13s) and Mark Pilling (under-15s) were also presented with individual awards by their players.
The Ladies teams benefit greatly from the funding through the Premier League’s PLCF Girls Programme, which has seen players added to the squads having trained at the Soccer Factory in Rochdale after attending specific coaching sessions throughout Rochdale.
