A number of the first team squad visited Dale In The Community Sports Trust’s half-term football and multi-sport sessions on Wednesday.
Joe Thompson, Andy Cannon, Bradden Inman and Kgosi Ntlhe all took part in a question and answer session at the Soccer Factory in Rochdale.
They then spoke to the children individually and signed matchday programmes for them to take home.
ITV Granada were also present, filming for a feature on Dale and the upcoming Emirates FA Cup fifth round tie against Tottenham Hotspur, to be aired on Friday evening from 6pm.
Dale In The Community Sports Trust run football and multi-sport sessions during every school holidays, alongside a host of activities on a weekly basis.
