Dale’s Community Cohesion Officer Helps To Tackle Hate Crime

12 December 2018

Dale Community Sports Trust’s Community Cohesion Officer, Syed Ali, recently attended a Hate Crime Awareness seminar at Deeplish Community Centre.

The group aims to raise the awareness of hate crime in the local area, promoting crime prevention and community safety.

Their aim is to bring an end to racism, discrimination, bullying, homophobia, disablism and religious crime, something Rochdale AFC and the Community Sports Trust fully support.

Syed spoke about hate crime issues in football to the seminar group, which included Mayor of Rochdale Mohammed Zamman.
