Rochdale Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of two voluntary Supporter Liaison Officers (SLOs).
Karen Chorlton and Gill Press, who have each been fans for over 40 years, will act as a point of contact at away games. You may recognise the pair, who currently work for the club on home matchdays.
The club has made huge strides in improving the supporter experience over the last couple of years, and this is another step forward, as we provide a go to person/ people, for fans, even when they’re not at the Crown Oil Arena.
Karen and Gill will travel to each match on the official supporters’ coach as stewards, and will be available should you need to raise any concerns or have any queries about your away day experience. It would be great if fans could also pass on any positive feedback, so if you see them, please don’t hesitate to introduce yourself or say hi!
Karen and Gill work in conjunction with the club’s main SLO, Gina Buckley, reporting any feedback.
Fans are reminded that there is strictly no smoking/ alcohol consumption permitted on board the coach. Anyone found to be drinking alcohol will have the alcohol removed and risk being asked to leave the coach.
In addition, anyone on the coach under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
