Four Mascots For Saturday's Game Against Walsall

23 August 2018

There will be four mascots leading the teams out ahead of Saturday’s game against Walsall at the Crown Oil Arena, including the daughter of a former Dale fans’ favourite.

DARCIE STUART

Five-year-old Darcie is the daughter of former Dale midfielder Mark Stuart, who played for the club between 1993 and 1999.

She attends St Vincent’s Primary School and says Calvin Andrew is her favourite player.

EVIE HANCOCK

Evie, aged six, attends Bamford Academy, and enjoys swimming and reading along with football.

Her favourite player is Captain Ian Henderson, who she will hope to walk out with on Saturday.

OLIVIA GOODING

Olivia attends Tonnacliffe Primary School in Whitworth and is five-years-old.

Her favourite Dale player is goalkeeper Josh Lillis and she also lists swimming and reading as her favourite hobbies.

AMELIA MCDERMOTT

Amelia is another who has Ian Henderson as her favourite player.

The six-year-old enjoys singing and dancing as well as playing football.

The girls are all friends having met through out-of-school activities – we hope you all have a great day!
