Rochdale are back at the Crown Oil Arena against on Tuesday night, as promotion chasing Wigan Athletic are the visitors in Sky Bet League One.
Dale were unfortunate not to take all three points against Portsmouth on Saturday, but the draw means Keith Hill’s men are still within a point of safety.
Wigan’s 5-1 victory over MK Dons saw them leapfrog Shrewsbury Town into second place, and they are now just two points off leaders Blackburn Rovers with a game in hand.
The sides met six weeks ago at the DW Stadium, when an early Michael Jacobs goal for the hosts proved to be the difference.
