We’re In Good Form & Good Spirits – Keith Hill

23 April 2018

Manager Keith Hill spoke to ahead of Tuesday night’s League One fixture v Plymouth Argyle…

“You can’t affect the game that has just been played, so we’re very much looking forward,” said the Gaffer.

“We’re reassuring the players and the players have got to reassure themselves. We’re in good form and good spirits, and we’ve got three games to attack.

“It’s difficult with the games that we’ve played and the relentless preparation, but this our jobs and this is what we’ve got to do.

“Psychologically you’ve got to recover and go again, and we’ve got to accept the challenges.”

Play-off chasing Plymouth Argyle come to the Crown Oil Arena just three points outside the top six.

“They’ve been an outstanding story this season, having been promoted last season,” said Hill.

“They’ve grown into the season superbly well, after no panic buttons were hit early on. It’s a good football club, with a good manager and a good team.

“It’s a club that I played for and represented, and I wish them all best, but tomorrow, we have to be competitive against a very good League One side.”
