Florent Hoti says the Youth Team are working hard to earn three points every week after their ninth consecutive victory on Saturday.
Hoti played the full 90 minutes in the 2-0 win over Morecambe, and was pleased with the victory.
“It was a good victory for the boys,” said Hoti.
“First-half it was hard, and Brad [Wade] made a good save from the penalty. The second-half we played better and created more chances to score.
“During the season you always have to grind out results because not every game is going to be an easy one.
“The boys are working hard to get the three points every week, and I think it was deserved today.
“We’ve got some games in hand, so it’s hard not playing for a while and then having five games in succession, so it’s hard but everyone is working hard off the pitch, so that we can get three points on the pitch.
“The good thing about it is that we don’t have to look at anyone else. We can just look at ourselves and say if we get three points today then it doesn’t matter if Wigan get three points.
“As long as we keep winning then we’ll win the title.”
