Holly and Poppy Hayden will lead the teams out ahead of Tuesday night's game against Oldham Athletic.
They are both regulars at Dale matches, and attend Thornham St James Primary School in Royton.
Holly is the captain of Rochdale AFC Ladies under-11 side, who are playing on the pitch at half-time of Tuesday night's game.
