FLASHBACK

Dale’s first visit to Stadium:MK was a memorable one, coming back in January 2008.

Nathan Stanton was dismissed for two bookable offences after just 13 minutes, the second of which was for disputing a penalty he had conceded.

Goalkeeper Sam Russell saved the penalty, and Captain Gary Jones scored the only goal of the game just after the half hour mark.

Some superb saves from Russell in the second half meant ten man Dale recorded an unlikely victory against the League Two leaders.
