COMPETITION SO FAR

Dale’s opening game against Bury was a memorable one for more than just the 4-0 scoreline. It saw history being made, as Daniel Adshead became the Club’s youngest ever debutant at the age of just 16 years and 17 days.

The youngster assisted Dale’s second goal, scored by Bradden Inman after Joe Bunney had opened the scoring early on. Inman bagged a second before the break, before Ian Henderson rounded off the scoring after the break.
